Refund policy

Triumph & Disaster takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. 

We stand behind all our claims and will always strive to be at the forefront of the ethos that combines science and nature for your benefit. We stand behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, professional modern apothecary and skin care products on the market. 
However, we understand that sometimes things simply don’t work out.

RETURNS POLICY 

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s) you may return them within 7 days of receipt of goods. Triumph & Disaster will refund or exchange to the cost of the goods purchased. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to us. All returns must be unused, and in its original packaging. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Unless the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange for and pay return postage charges. Please ensure you obtain tracking details when returning items. we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. 

You have the right, by law, to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days after the date the item is delivered to you. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of the purchase of any items where the product has been used. 
 
To return an item, please contact us giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Package the item securely and return it to use so that it is received by us within seven working days after the date the item was delivered to you.
 
Any refund will be credited via the original payment methods no later than 10 working days from receipt of returned items.

Late Delivery Policy

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

For deliveries reported after this period, we may be unable to escalate the issue with the courier, and any refund or replacement would be considered at our discretion.
